Black Friday

So Black Friday went and the retailers are counting their money now .

From data published by Ziarul Financiar ,Altex was the leader with sales of 15 mil. euro fallowed by eMag and Flanco both with 12mil and Domo with only 5 mil euro.

Considering the marketing and advertising budget spent to promote this day I say that our retailers did extremely well .

eMag states that they have to deliver over 80.000 orders that were received on Friday and thanks to their newly implemented system and the 200.000 euros  spent on improvising they servers and order procedures they will be able to deliver their promises .

The bad side of the whole Black Friday euphoria is that so many people tried to access the websites and of course they were down ,some of them during the whole day .For example I could not access Altex's website during Friday and eMag was also down from time to time.

Comparing their marketing and advertising campaigns ,eMag invested a lot more fallowed close by Altex. Altex even tried to remake one of their best commercials .
